Terms of Sale & Use

These terms apply when you use rigbuilder.com or buy from Rig Builder, operated by RigBuilder LLC, 200 N Baltic Pl Ste 106, Meridian, Idaho 83642, USA ("we"). By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.

1. What we sell

Rig Builder is an online store for Jeep® aftermarket parts and accessories, with tools to preview parts on your Jeep. Most parts ship directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. RigBuilder LLC is the seller of record. Jeep is a registered trademark of FCA US LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Jeep or FCA.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Tax and shipping or freight are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Charges appear as RIGBUILDER.COM. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

3. Orders

We accept your order when it ships. Orders may arrive in more than one shipment.

4. Fitment and installation

Always confirm fit before you install, paint, cut or drill. Preview pictures are illustrations, not verified installations. Lifts, tires, lighting and bumpers can affect handling, sensors, warranty, insurance and legality. You're responsible for safe installation and use.

5. Legal restrictions

Some products (such as many LED light bars) are for off-road use only and may not be street-legal where you live. We don't sell emissions defeat devices. Some engine and exhaust parts aren't legal in California or CARB states without a CARB EO number, and we show the status when known. California Prop 65: some products can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm (www.P65Warnings.ca.gov). We ship only within the contiguous US.

6. Returns and cancellations

These are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which you'll accept at checkout.

7. Warranty and disclaimers

Products carry only the manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, products and the site are provided "as is", with no other warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including labor, towing or loss of use). Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Accounts and content

If you upload photos or post builds, reviews or comments, you confirm you have the right to, and you let us display them on Rig Builder. Generated pictures are for personal, non-commercial use. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

10. Promotions

Any discount, free-shipping, referral or invite offer has terms shown with it. Unless stated otherwise, offers can't be combined, have no cash value and may end anytime.

11. Shop subscriptions

Paid shop plans renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email; access runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial-period refunds unless the law requires them. We give 30 days' notice of price changes.

12. Disputes

Please contact us first. These terms are governed by Idaho law, with courts in Ada County, Idaho, unless your local law says otherwise. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
