Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48). We don't currently ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses; email us for a quote. Freight items can't ship to PO boxes.
How orders ship
Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer's or our distributor's warehouse. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, from different warehouses on different days, each with its own tracking number. You're never charged extra because an order is split.
Handling time
In-stock items usually ship in 1–3 business days; special orders take 1–6 weeks (shown on the product page). If an item is delayed or backordered, we'll email you and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping cost
Free standard ground shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48. Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout. Oversize or freight items (bumpers, hardtops, some tire-and-wheel packages) may have a freight charge, which is always shown before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Delivery times
Ground delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after shipping, and freight 5–10 (the carrier calls to schedule). These are estimates, not guarantees.
Freight deliveries
Freight is usually curbside. Inspect before you sign, note any damage on the receipt, take photos, and email us within 5 days. A residential or lift-gate fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is missing or damaged, email support@rigbuilder.com within 5 days. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
Reshipping costs may apply if a package comes back because of an incorrect address.
